500g Seer fish cut into pieces 1 cup of thin coconut milk
Lime juice... 1 cup of thick coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon of pepper 6 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder 6 slices of ginger chopped
1 – 2 teaspoons of chilli powder Curry leaves, rampe, lemon grass
2 green chillies sliced 2 tablespoons of "N-Joy Coconut Oil"
2 onions sliced Salt
1 tablespoon of tamarind juice or vinegar  

Method

Wash fish and marinate with salt and lime for 1/2 an hour. Wash again and wipe. Rub salt, pepper and turmeric into the pieces of fish. Heat "N-Joy" coconut oil and fry the fish until light golden brown. Remove from pan and drain on brown paper. Fry the onions, ginger and garlic in the remaining "N-Joy" coconut oil until light golden brown. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer the gravy until thick. Then add the pieces of fish and simmer until a thin film of oil appears on the surface.
